Louisville plant wasn't purchased by IHC till after WW-II. It was bought to build the small tractors, Cub, A,B, & C. Chicago built the prototype Farmall Regulars, and the 8-16, 10-20, 15-30's etc., The standard tread tractors. IHC also built tractors at FARMALL in Rock Island, IL which they bought in 1924 and built the first Farmall there in 1926. And they had a plant in Milwaukee. Also in the early 50's because FARMALL couldn't keep up with demand FARMALL sent components to LVL to build about 50 Super M's every day as well as build 325 in Rock Island every day.
