The C135 was in the 330/340 and 404. I know they made an industrial version of the 404 as the 2404. The 330/340 Utilities probably just said International rather than industrial? The 330/340 would have a 5 spd tranny with optional Torque Amplifier and optional IPTO; where the 404 would have a 4 spd tranny with optional High/Low range or a direction reverser, and a std PTO. Depending on model, years would be late 50's to early/mid 60's. I would look on the torque tube (or clutch housing) for a tin serial number plate. Stan(VA).
