That manifold should have come with a standard 2" IPT black iron nipple, threaded on one end. If your's did not, a visit to a plumbing supply place or your local plumber will get you going. Ask for a 2" steel nipple about 8 inches long. Or cut 8 inches off the end of a length of standard (schedule 40) 2" steel pipe.
