Arthur, it's an International H4 magneto. Lots of them out there, any magneto shop should have parts or be able to recondition it for you. Here's a link to one in the photo ads to give you a look at one. This guy may be a little on the high side for price, IMHO, but if that's all the tractor needs, it's an easy fix.
