I have farmall 300 row crop and I was moving some dirt with the loader, I stopped to back up and when I let the clutch out I was in 5th gear.I thought I had lost the clutch, I took the shifter out and I put it back in and i also readjusted the clutch rod ,it worked but why did it do what it did. Is the shifter shot,or is the clutch ready to go, after it worked as before. Carlton clancy Montana
