I've been comparing pics online and I think the dash is okay except there is an extra hole to the top right of the tach on this one. I agree that the grill looks a little off and for sure the fenders and lights are wrong. (Although I kinda like the look of the rounded fenders over the square ones that should be on it) The 3 point looked about the same, but the hydraulic controls are a bit different, but that may just be the loader setup. The loader must have a direct hydraulic hookup because both remotes look to be open. I was thinking it might be a 2656 but there are almost no pictures on the internet of them. The relatively fresh paint job with all the emblems missing does make you stop and think though. Thanks for the input, anything else I should be looking for?
