Yea dont be afraid of them put your finger on the coil wire hole and turn it over back ward and see if you feel anything It should not really zap you that way. there has been known to get bad condensers . also it could be grounded out in many places that you would not even think of. I have seen them all . On the coil you should check from the wire that goes to the condenser or the ground strap to the coil nub and you should have between 10.7 and 13 for a good coil. The higher the better. But it looks like you have done that. Is the nub on the coil pointing toward the fron a little and not straight up?Are you testing it to the ground screw on the side of the mag for your spark? If you need more help let me know. JON
