You apparently have some gum and varnish residue in your fuel, remove the fuel line from the carb and spray some carb cleaner into the fuel inlet, tap the side or top of the carb lightly and then put the fuel line back on. It should be okay at least for awhile. You may need to repeat this procedure. Don't be too quick to blame the carburetor when in fact you have a dirty fuel tank.
