Better check age????? Tires???? And then run at work until the mchine reaches operating temp. We have several Bobcats, all fine machines, but we have also bought bobcats that were total duds. If it has the hours you suggested, the tires should be almost worn out. If (and there are a lot of ifs) its in good shape, then the price should be around 7K - 8K. No more.
