Allen, Don’t worry about the outside tire being smaller. Up here we just run the duals to distribute the weight over a larger area to lessen compaction. I bought a tractor with new tires on the drivers, used on the axle mounted duals but the used tires (same size) had a rolling circumference that was larger than the new ones on the tractor. I had more trouble with rims coming loose than I could keep up with. Finally, I put the used ones on the tractor and the new ones on the duals and that solved the problem. Since I never pulled heavy much without the duals, this worked fine. Smaller on the outside is a good thing…
