The axle seal needs to be replaced (others will help here, I've not been in there) The stuff comming out is water contaminated gear oil. Check the manual, or others here, I think it takes hy-tran fluid. A level plug is (I believe on the clutch side below the foot plate). Milky fluid is water for sure. The brakes are disk. Pull them apart, it is not hard at all 45 minute job usually. There are rusted up balls between the wedge plates (probably) clean and put a very light coat of chassis grease on the balls and ramps (for the balls) a single drop of engine oil on the linkage pivot points, and you're set. If the disks are soaked in oil, the pinion shaft seal needs to be R&Red. Then new disks are needed. (some have tried to clean them in laquer thinner, but it never gets all the oil out). Baking them outside on a gas grill like a steak till they stop smoking might work, your own choice. They are priced from 60-100 per pair (one side) Shop. Good luck Jim Nicholson
