The harness should be still avilable thru Case I H , But you can build one it just takes time and then tryen to find the connectors and terminals to make it correct . I have the wire diagrahm but my scanner is down and can not send ya a copey .. The engine harness just has a few wire a 10 ga. blue a 14 ga yellow a 14 ga. black a 14 ga gray and if ya got a air cleaner restriction gauge one more 14 ga. and i can't think what color that one is and my books are not by the putter so i can't look it up at this time.
