I can personally attest to the people at Hoobers....top notch,and they WILL reply to your e-mails.I have dealt with lousy dealers via e-mail,and I'm glad I tried/switched to them.With good,responsive service,they reap the rewards...and those other horrid outfits suffer. Isnt it a shame though that out of hundreds of Case/IH dealers online,there seems to be only one that gives a darn? I think its high time CASE lets its customers rate their dealers performance (or lack of),and the better ones should get perks the lousy ones wont.
