In Pa there is a red tag area designation that allows you to let people shoot so many per acre. I think you are allowed to shoot them as long as you phone them in for pickup. I do however think that farming has to be your livelyhood to be allowed to shoot them. Don't waste your time with the Game Commission.They are jerks and once they know you have a problem they will be watching your property closely and it won't be to help you. They rate right up there with politicians in my mind. They know nothing and talk a lot. We got 100 bushels of corn out of 5 acres this past fall. Pretty good yeild ? I do think the deer tasted better last year though.
