Propane 300U

Ran across a propane 300 utility this weekend. It was not in running condition, but seemed to be all there. The owner was not around, so I could not get the history/availability. I am pretty sure she inherited from here father's estate about 5 years ago. She also had an H and M that had not run for a long time. I had never seen a 300U propane before. Are they rare?
