Rob Ray, Why not have the old pulleys turned down on a lathe until they are a little undersize. Just take off only what is necessary to remove the cupped wear. The slight increase in speed on the blades may even benefit your finish cut. You could dress the drive pulley an equal amount and the speed would remain the same. Good luck
