I asked the same question of a CaseIH dealer some time back, and the response was that these handles were not available that source anymore. They are also a high-cost item from salvage dealers, most likely because they tend to develop the spline problem like yours, and reusable ones are pretty rare. You may want to put some thought into how to minimize or eliminate the problem with your existing handles - if you come up with a good method of fixing them, let us know as it's a pretty common problem.
