Hi, nice looking 12! I have been told the casting on the top is a fuel bypass. I have never seen one before. I am not sure if the lever is there, I just got it home yesterday, and have only dug into 1 brake so I could get it rolled into the shop. It was a single family tractor, doesnt have any welds or damage anywhere and seems very complete. Thanks for the help. Shane
