Best Penetrating Oil?

Well, I've got some parts to throw on my M and was going to to stop by the auto parts store and pick up some stuff and was wondering if one brand was any better than the other. I've always just used WD-40 but have heard some people praise PB Blaster. Is there really a difference? Any other special tips or tricks to loosening up some rusted up bolts? Thanks, Nathan
