What are these instruments from that are on my M?

Okay, I don't think this is the right light switch box for my M? Also I don't think it is supposed to have an hour meter? What are the brackets for on the left side of the steering column? Lastly, the little push bar that goes through the steering column to the start button doesn't line up worth a hoot, so I have to bend over and push the start button by hand. Anything that I could do to fix that? Thanks!! Nathan
