Tanner and his wife are very pleasant people. It was an enjoyable trip and I'm glad I was able to help. I am sorry about the gas incident. I knew that you jumped and put the cap on the tank but I didn't realize that it got on you; as I was looking underneath at the filter and the sediment bowl. Sometimes I seem to get in a 'zone' working a problem and find I'm oblivious to anything else, my sincere apologies. I wasn't too concerned about leaving the final carb adjustments for you; after hearing about your work restoring some 4 cyl motor cycles that H should be a cake walk ;) All I did on the distributor was to set the cap in place to get a temporary visual point of reference for where the #1 tower was in relation to the base (Roughly 2:00 position, I just look for a paint chip or scratch that lines up), then take the cap back off and slowly pull the distributor with one hand until I can turn the rotor freely with the other. I spin the rotor up to the #1 point of reference I noted earlier and press the distributor back in and reinstall the clamp. You didn't miss much. I hope the fuel system flush and the wiring clean-up go well. You need to bring your wife over to see my H or M. With her experience (said she worked on hydraulic systems in college) you could get her excited about adding live hydraulics and a 3pnt hitch for you ;) See ya at some of the Summer shows if not earlier, Stan(VA).

As simple as a box plow appears, it can be rather challenging to make work correctly. In our sandy soils of Florida, traction is king. You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
