Check them all and for sure replace the PTO input bearing and also the input shaftand all the seals . When instaling the T/A do a dry fit and install two bolts into the Quill and check the end play and shim as needed and also if a shim is needed then shim the gear on the bottom shaft the same. . If ya need more then .100 then get another T/A assy. Go thru the valve body and install a new spring kit and set the pressures at 265-280. Make sure that you get all end play out of the bottom shaft by tighen up the nut tight then back off and then snug up drill and pin the nut to the shaft with a 1/8x1/4 roll pin.
