Hi Mac, do you want to install the HD 6 pad clutch from a 685 in your 485? When we changed the clutch in our 454 (older version of 485), we installed the HD 6 pad clutch and pressure plate from a 684. The original clutch was only a 2 pad clutch. We used the same HD 6 pad clutch and pressure plate from 684 on my brother's 495. One OEM clutch manufature recommended a woven clutch for any tractor used with a front end loader. My 2 cents JB2
