Need advice on pulling cylinders on my 1941 Inter

Help...! I have made a makeshift puller and pulled one of the cylinders out of a C113 engine. It was tough, but I was able to get it out. The reason I pulled it was due to a deep score mark down the length of the cylinder wall. I have decided to replace the other 3 cylinders as well. What is the most effective way to get these cylinders out? I am having a difficult time with the next one. It doesn"t want to budge. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks, MACE
