Most of that information is available on the 'web if you put your mind to it and search for it. Basically, an International 706 is a "Wheatland" version of the Farmall 706. HP ratings, and the basic systems are the same. It's rated in the 70-75HP range. The hydraulic pump is in the transmission somewhere. Whether it's easy to get to or not, I dunno.
