That same customer demand destroyed the very best draft tractor North America has ever known. Sure a Farmall didn't shift gears very well, but put them on a plow, disk or cultivator and often times you were in the same gear 9 pm as when you started at 5 am, and you hadn't been in any other gears all day. They had the torque to pull you over that hill, through that hard spot and do it all day, day in and day out. Up to the end of letter series they weren't even engineered for the added weight of mounted implements

My point is, there are more economical ways to do this. Heck, build a powered trailer out of a 5 ton truck chassis, mount your hoe on back of that. Five min. uncoupling pto and draw pin, and you can use the H anywhere, and for anything else.
