The first thing to come to mind is lack of fuel. The screen in the line where it attaches to the carb could be plugged, there could be trash in the tank covering the fuel outlet. The fuel line could be plugged anywhere along the length of it. Does it have an inline fuel filter? Anyway, start with taking the fuel line loose at the carb and check flow, work your way back from there. Let us know what you find. If that's not it I'm sure somebody can tell you about carb settings, timing, etc. Good luck, Wm
