Why are Super A's rated as a one bottom plow tractor while the Super C is rated as two? They have the same engines, 113 or 123. And according to Guy Fays data book nearly identical HP and and speed. I can't see how the different design of the these tractors would have that much to do with it. Any ideas out there?
