Manual for Model 31 Loader

Last week someone named Doug asked a question about where to buy a manual for a Model 31 loader. I tried answering his question by putting a web address in the message and it bombed out. I will try without the exact web address. I bought mine from Binder Books. Their web address is binderbooks .com. Roger
