Unusual M spec_HELP

Does anyone know the width of the front of an M? I measured the outside from rail to rail and I think it was 22" but i can't find where I wrote it down_OOPS. I seem to have pretty complete measurments on everything else. I'm going to look at a loader before I will see my M & need to make sure it will fit. Thanks for the help.
