The tractor will not run cranks but won't run. I check the compression and it appears to be ok. I lined up the opening of the points to coinside with spark plug number one. The rotor seems to be turning strangely (like it could be slipping). I also notice no fuel is getting to #1 and #3 spark plugs. They are dry and the others are wet. I got spark. Just keep turning like the timing is off. Should the rotor be turning erratically as it does. It seems to line up on the #1 spot when I turn the motor over by hand. I could not get it to slip or move at all by manually trying to turn the rotor.
