Yep! That's what I was talking about. What got me thinking about this is looking at shields on ebay that have cutouts and different shapes. My PTO has a long lever from the control rod to the PTO. This lever moves in a plane along the back of the differential housing. All the PTOs I see in the photos and operators manual have a short lever that rests along side of the shaft. None of my catalogs show these notches in new shields. My only worry is that I will get the wrong one and be stuck with it. If it is only a matter of making something do the job, I could make a shield easy. But I would like to restore to near original as possible. Thanks Dave
