One of mine has road gear, and it also has no markings of shift pattern. I was told this is common on tractors that have had road gear added. I have one with the gear numbers, but it has no road gear. When i was a kid, I worked on a farm that had a f20, and I took it into VOAG and did a valve job, installed a rebuilt mag, and painted it. That one had a Sears road gear, that attacted to the front of the gear case. You had to have the transmission in neutral when engaging the road gear on that one, as it was a separate transmission and separate shift lever. It also had MOntgomery Wards brake pedals. It got sold about 20 years ago to someone in New York.
