You will need to clean the suction screen. It is in the lower right front of the lift box assembly. You have to remove the shore section of hose, actually loosen and slide forward. Then there is one bolt that holds a clamp for the suction strainer. slide it out of the case and clean very gently with clean kerosene or somesuch and a soft brush. Replace the O ring when replacing the suction screen. I believe there are 3 or 4 plugs on the bottom of the tranny to change the fluids. Also the lift box needs to be drained seperately on the right rear as there is a standpipe in there and it holds about 3 gal or so of fluid. When filling pour at least 3 gal of fluid in the lift box and then the rest can go into the fill plug by the shifter. Any excess put in the lift box just overflows thru the standpipe into the tranny sump.
