Kelly, I agree with Chris on checking the fuel flow. When you check it, remove the line from the carb and let it run into a can or bucket for a little while. You need to see that the flow will last longer than the few seconds it takes to drain the fuel bowl. I've encountered similar problems, where when I've pulled the line it runs good for a few seconds, then it turns to a dribble. I didn't notice the dribble right away, because I put the line back on the carb too quickly.
