Whoo-whee! I am glad that I found this discussion board. There were times when I thought the best thing I could do with my "A" was to take a blowtorch and a sledgehammer to it, though I knew I was really just igorant of what to do in the first place. After all the help you guys have given me and the great sense of patience and humor you all have I can honestly say that reading this whole series of posts makes me feel like things are going pretty great for me, even though I sheared my shredder shaft pin this morning. How does it get any better than this? BTW, the tractor is running really good right now and I found shear pins at TSC (isn't it odd that a place called Tractor Supply seems to be so short of actual tractor supplies?)so I'll be climbing aboard again and shredding the stuff that has grown so high that it tops out at about 16 feet (YES 16 FEET.) First I gotta go get my horse that keeps escaping from my property to go eat the grass at the Pecan Grove Plantation next door. It's 99 degrees and humidity of 36% at the moment. A little too hot to stand on the tractor. Have to wait it out with some Gatorade till about 6:30pm. Meanwhile, you guys sure did make me feel a whole lot better today. Thanks.
