OK, since nobody else has responded, I'll give it a shot even though I don't own a 450. The four marks are for TDC (no advance) and high-speed advance for the LPG, gasoline, and distillate versions of the engine. Assuming yours is gasoline-powered, you're interested in the TDC mark and the middle of the other three marks. TDC is one of the outside marks, you can figure out which one by adjusting the speed of the engine while looking at the marks; speeding up the engine moves the timing away from the TDC mark toward the high-speed marks. The middle of these high-speed marks should be where the timing is at full speed, the TDC mark should line up at the lowest idle speed. Hope this is reasonably clear and useful - good luck.
