Farmall A not running just rebuilt engine

Over the course of a few months I rebuilt theengine in my Farmall super A it is a c123 moter it has the pistons for a super C in it. Also everthing was broght to the machine shop. to make it short. everthing has been done and hav saprk I think I am getting gas but it wont fire the head is set to 80 pound the piston rods are set to40 pounds. I faced the end caps noches toward each other. Is there something you could think of that would help me get this thing running thank you JON
