Your engine was designed to run on distillate or kerosene fuel like many tractors of that era. That means you have a lower compression head, radiator shutters (if still attached), and the small fuel tank used for starting the tractor. Gasoline was put into the small tank. When the tractor was warmed up, the small tank was shut off and the big tank turned on. Turn the petcock off on the small tank and your leak should stop after the fuel is drained out. Don't worry about fuel. The distillate tractors run fine on gasoline. The old fuel hasn't been available for 50 years. The distilate tractors had more power running with gasoline. The two trycocks for checking the level in the oil pan are part of this set up. The low performance fuels did not fully combust and would seep down the sides of the cylinders. Operators would have to drain off the unburnt fuel before starting in the morning. The top trycock would be opened, the fuel collected, and returned to the big tank.
