Folks, You may want to go back and read my comments on this subject on the last post. It will save me from having to type it out all over again or cut and paste. I'm not defending the guy because I believe him to be legitimately disabled, but I believe everyone should leave his diagnosis to the professionals. Its easy to spot physical handicaps, but not so easy to spot mental handicaps. Nobody short of professional analysts can determine what may cause this man to be anxious in the midst of some crowds. It may be as simple as stress at work. Unless you all are competent to make judgements, you are all grasping at straws and are in no position to make a proper diagnosis as to whether he is malingering or not. I see absolutely nothing threatening in the letter, only disgust and anger that someone would, in his perception, maliciously undermine his disability, and broadcast it all over the internet. If he is indeed disabled, then he has much to be angry about. I would swear too if that be the case and I was in his shoes. Heck, I may use stronger language than he did. Im sure the insurance company is aware of his claim, and they don't just pay out without investigating the situation from time to time. They may be making routine checks as we speak, since I'm sure that they care as much about insurance fraud as you do. If fraud is involved in this case, you can be sure that the insurance company will discover it. They don't need help from those who know nothing of the true facts of the case. One thing is certain, and that is that he also paid his premiums. I must say that I'm surprised as to the number of expert psychiatrists that frequent these YT forums, not to mention the ability to render an opinion without examining the patient.
