switching a 400 to LP

Has anyone had experience on switching a 400 to run on LP. I plan on using it to rake hay and pull wagons around, not heavy pulling. Can you switch just the carborator only or do you need to change the manifold as well. How well will they run on LP with the gasoline head and pistons? Thanks Hal
