There is more than just the big cycl to make it work. How good is the rest of the system is it all there? When you pull the lever back it should raise the piston. The return is brought down by the wt of the cult. If the cycl is on the left side where the lite is that is the position for the cult. The cycl bolts to different places for other implements. You can also check out the cycl by using air pressure from compressor. I have four systems working and some parts.
