Harry, I think you should heat that clamp up red hot and then douse it with cold water..lots of cold water at once to cause the quickest contraction of the heated metal..I will guaratee you that the rust and corrosion will break loose and you will be able to put some penetrating oil on it and turn it. I believe that the axle clamp is the same on H's and M's and any tractor wrecker in your state should have them..there are likely several other Farmalls that use the same axle clamp...ie) the same size axle..I did manage to break one one time and my local wrecker had another for the big price of $5...I had heated it red hot and was pulling on it with a Johnson bar and I guess it cooled too much before I got it out and I snapped a bolt off, the extraction more costly and time consumming than a replacement.
