I bought a 52 Super C and it had recently had the gauges and ignition switch replace. It is the 6 volt system and it charges and acts normal in all respects. It starts real good and runs well for about 10 minutes or less, then starts slowing down and finally stops and won't restart eventho the starter turns over well. When it starts slowing down and stops, I removed the gas line and the gas flow is ample and its quality is good. So I don't think that I have a fuel problem. I notice the coil is warm when it dies but doesn't seem to be hot. If the tractor sets for 30 or 40 minutes, it will crank right up and run another 10 or so minutes. It will run the same time pulling or at idle I believe. What do you think?
