For rings try Rice Equipment, Clarion, PA 814-226-9200 The small tank is for gasoline. The larger tank held distilate, which was a fuel similar to kerosene. The idea was to start the tractor and warm it up on gas, then switch over to distilate, which was cheaper. A distilate tractor usually had shutters on the radiator to keep the temp up, sometimes a different carburator, and/or a heat shroud around the manifold. An owners manual should give you all the procedures for running on distilate. Distilate tractors usually run just fine on gasoline, very few bother to run on anything else anymore.
