I am still looking for info on that myself, didn't mean to mislead anyone. The headlights that I rebuilt were just extremely dirty, windex and double 0 steel wool did a pretty good job of putting a shine back on. Not like new, but plenty good enough. I also have a few headlights that I am sure this method will not work on, they are too far gone.
