Most of the time when this happens the 4th 5th slider gear is worn out. They are not made very strong on the 5th side and are shifted while moving most of the time and wear out. You can get them for around $100 but I tryed to post the place to get them and the reply went away. You will have to split the tractor and take the trans. cover off to fix it. Good luck
