I just discovered that my intermittant lack of power is due to poor fuel flow. Tractor quit during snow plowing the other day. The fuel bowl was clean, but with bowl off and valve open all I got was a VERY slow drip......drip......drip. The fuel bowl won't unscrew with the tank in place. It may not be the original, but it hits the casting when I turn it even with all fittings removed. So tomorrow I'll be trying to remove the tank and get it cleaned out. This is my first time "under the hood." My parts book doesn't show fasteners, etc. very well, so I'm wondering whether this is straightforward or tricky. If anyone has experience removing this tank and has found it tricky, I'd very much appreciate hearing the secrets before I start. Or any ideas about the most effective way I can clean the tank. Thanks very much for your thoughts. Bob Kirk
