Hi Kelly--yep you have to bust her at the eng-clutch joint and if things are messed up on the output end split her there too. I just did the job on my Landfill 350 (Pun Intended.)Mine was so bad I would have only been able to salvage the bolts and TA clutch cross shaft. Was quoted almost 700 bucks at 2 places so I went back together with the TA eliminator which makes it a straight thru 5 speed trans for 350.And like it better. Good luck on it.
