What they're worth will depend on lots of things. Are the engines stuck? Are the tires good, useable, or junk? Deisel or gas engines? If they're deisels, are the heads cracked? Lots of variables here.
Where they're located will also have an effect on their value. If you got them running it would also make them worth more. I'd say the value for one would be generally be slightly more than a similar-condition SWD9.

For what it's worth, about two months ago I bought a 650D with a stuck engine for $300.00, poor but useable tires(they hold air). Decent sheetmetal. Got it unstuck and running the first day I brought it home. Still needs some attention, but for what I have in it, it was a pretty good deal. By the way, it takes a pretty decent-sized trailer to transport a tractor of that size and weight!
